Launch a coin priced in a stock

Most launchpads price every coin against SOL. Pennys changes the benchmark — so your coin has something it actually has to beat.

Most launchpads price every coin against SOL. That means when the whole market goes up, almost every coin can look like it is winning. Pennys changes the benchmark.

The benchmark

Pick the stock your coin has to beat.

Most launchpads price every coin against SOL, so when the whole market goes up almost every coin looks like it is winning. Launch against a tokenized share instead and the chart has to answer a harder question.

Every other launchpad COIN / SOL

Goes up when the market goes up.

Pennys COIN / GMEx

Goes up only when it beats the ticker.

Prices are indicative. The stock side of every pair is synthetic and unbacked.

How it works

Four steps, one transaction.

One transaction mints the supply, creates the market and burns the liquidity. There is nothing to claim afterwards and nothing left to switch off.

1

Name the coin

Ticker, name, image. The supply is fixed at one billion for every launch — there is no parameter to tune.

2

Pick the stock

Choose the tokenized stock your coin is priced against. That pair is written into the pool at launch and never changes.

3

Seed the pool

100% of the supply goes into the pool against the synthetic stock side. Nothing is held back for the team.

4

Go live

The liquidity is burned in the same transaction. No owner, no admin switches, 0% swap fees, forever.

Anatomy of a launch

Three parts, all of them public.

The facade of a stock exchange at dusk

The benchmark

A real, backed xStock — GMEx, HOODx, NVDAx, TSLAx. Its price is what your coin is measured against, minute by minute.

A pile of copper one-cent coins

The supply

One billion tokens, every launch. All of it goes into the pool, the LP is burned, and no wallet keeps a reserve.

An electronic board of share prices

The market

The pool answers one question continuously: is the coin worth more of the stock than it was yesterday?

The ratio is the market

A coin that has to earn its number.

The chart is not asking whether the coin went up. It is asking whether the coin outperformed the stock.

If GMEx goes up 10% and your coin goes up 5%, your coin is losing against GMEx. If your coin goes up 20%, it is beating the benchmark. A green candle means it actually outran the ticker — not that everything happened to pump at the same time.

What this is not. The stock side is synthetic and unbacked. It is not a real share, it does not represent ownership in the company, and it carries no redemption or claim on the underlying company. It exists for one reason: to give the coin something to beat.

Questions

The small print.

What does “priced in a stock” actually mean?

Your coin's pool is a real Raydium pool whose other side is an xStock — a tokenized share issued by Backed Finance — instead of SOL. Every chart, every candle and every price you see is the ratio between the two.

So the stock is not real?

The stock side is synthetic and unbacked. It tracks the ticker's price, but it is not a share, it gives you no ownership in the company, and there is no redemption or claim on the underlying company. It is there to be the benchmark.

What happens when the stock goes up?

Your coin has to go up more. If the stock rises 10% and the coin rises 5%, the pair is down — the coin lost ground against its benchmark even though its dollar price went up.

Can the team dump on me?

Every launch puts 100% of the one billion supply into the pool and burns the liquidity in the same transaction. There is no team allocation, no owner and no admin switch left to flip.

What are the fees?

0% on swaps. The pool takes nothing and there is no fee address to change.
